With a belief that nobody should profit from the distribution of complimentary tickets or event invitations, Plus Ten Media LTD have created RSVP+ to provide a completely free service, to both the companies offering tickets/invitations and to those who claim them.
Using contacts made across the Plus Ten brands, Plus Ten Media, London for Groups and +Print, we have created a database of customer-facing hospitality staff from across London – covering bars, restaurants, hotels, shops, salons and tourist attractions.
Not only will you be able to add names to that event guest list or fill seats at a quiet theatre performance – but those attending will work within the local area, being able to recommend your business or product, creating word-of-mouth with their customers and fellow colleagues.
Employees of select companies must register with RSVP+ and claim their tickets/invitations using an official business email address.
Strict rules are in place to ensure discretion and general good conduct of attendees, both during the event and following, including how to engage in person and on social media. Further specific instructions may also be added per event.
We can simply and efficiently fill your event – free to you – free to the attendee!
HOW IT WORKS
Once you have informed us of your event details and numbers, we will email our database, directing them to a secure area of the RSVP+ website where they can claim their tickets.
At this stage, they are reminded of the RSVP+ rules – as well as being notified of any additional instructions supplied by you, these could include a compulsory dress code or a total social media ban (our general rules state that they can check in on social media, however must not include any mention of free tickets).
You will receive the full guest list in advance, and all successful attendees receive a confirmation email, containing a ‘ticket’ to your event.
This can be redeemed at your box office or reception for a ticket/wristband/entry.
Members of our database are regularly reminded of our rules covering discretion and general conduct, and anyone found to break these in anyway will be immediately removed.
